Early Life

Brewer grew up in the Phoenix, Arizona, area. She was a 12-time prep All-American swimmer at Chaparral High School in Phoenix, Arizona, and the 2009 Arizona 4A state champion in the 100m backstrokes. She was voted Chaparral’s Female Athlete of the Year in 2010 after helping the team win two state titles.

Career

After graduating from USC, Brewer became a college football sideline reporter for Cox 7 Arizona. She went on to work for KGUN-TV in Tucson, Arizona, as a weekend sports anchor. She worked as a weekend sports anchor and reporter at KABC-TV in Los Angeles, where she began her career as an intern.

ESPN hired her in the year 2020. On September 28, 2020, she made her SportsCenter debut. She’s also co-hosted ESPN Radio shows and worked on pre-and post-game shows. Before joining ESPN, she was a member of the broadcast team on the American Broadcasting Company’s The Bachelor Winter Games.

ESPN sent Brewer back to Los Angeles on August 17, 2021, where she now co-anchors the 1:00 a.m. ET (10:00 p.m. PT) version of SportsCenter.
