Elle Duncan was born Lauren Elle Duncan in Atlanta, Georgia in 1983. Her parents are of Scottish and Irish ancestry. Clark is her mother’s name, and Toni Duncan is her father’s. She has a sister named Kelli Duncan, whom she adores and refers to as her best friend. Kelli is a volunteer firefighter. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the State University of West Georgia. Elle began her career as a host of a sports talk program in her hometown. She interned at “2 Live Stews.” Following that, in 2004, she began working for the Ryan Cameron Show. Elle Duncan was a traffic reporter for NBC. From 2004 until 2012, she also worked for V-103. Similarly, she worked as a full-time sideline reporter for the Atlanta Hawks from 2005 to 2013.

She later worked as a freelance sideline reporter for Southeastern Conference and Atlantic Coast Conference football games. She began working for NESN in 2014 and remained till 2016. She also acted as a reporter in the film “Ride Along” as an actress. She is currently an anchor for ESPN’s SportsCenter.
