Jennifer Anne “Jenna” Lee (born May 30, 1980) is a former Fox News anchor and co-host of the show Happening Now with Jon Scott. Lee co-anchored Fox Business’s early morning business news program, Fox Business Morning, with Connell McShane previously.

Early Life
Lee was born in San Francisco to Janice and Bob Lee, a former NFL quarterback. Zac Lee, her younger brother, was also a professional quarterback. Lee’s grandfather, Paul Kern Lee, worked for the Associated Press in San Francisco as a war correspondent.
Lee attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she played collegiate softball for the University of California, Santa Barbara Gauchos in 1999. She earned a B.A. in English and global studies in 2002. Later, she attended Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism, where she earned a master’s degree in 2005.

Career beginnings
Lee worked as a freelance reporter for Marina Times, a San Francisco community newspaper, from 2002 to 2004 after graduating from UC Santa Barbara. She later enrolled at Columbia University, where she worked as a reporter for NY1 and freelanced for Forbes.com. She left NY1 to join Forbes on a full-time basis.
Lee attempted to negotiate a permanent transfer in front of the camera during his tenure at Forbes. She was hired by Fox Business Network based on some on-camera work she had accumulated during her tenure at Forbes.
Fox Business Network
Lee was employed in 2007 by FOX News Chairman and CEO Roger Ailes. The couple co-anchored Fox Business Morning on Fox Business Network with Nicole Petallides when the channel launched on October 15, 2007.
Lee was eventually added to FOX’s Money for Breakfast as a contributor and as an anchor for the web-only FoxBusiness.com Live Morning Edition, which premiered in February 2009. Lee landed a spot on Imus in the Morning after Money for Breakfast was cancelled in December 2009.
Fox Business Morning ceased broadcasting in May 2010, and was replaced by the Best of Imus as the lead-up to Imus in the Morning.
Transition to Fox News Channel
Lee departed Fox Business Network in July 2010 to join Fox News Channel, where she took over as co-anchor of Jon Scott’s Happening Now from Jane Skinner. She was the first Fox Business Network personality to transition to Fox News Channel.
Lee revealed on Happening Now on June 2, 2017 that she was resigning from Fox News immediately to pursue other projects and opportunities.
